Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Return Conditions
    •    Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
    •    Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
    •    All items must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
    •    Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted

Exchanges
    •    Items can be exchanged for a different size or alternative style, subject to availability

Refunds
    •    Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected
    •    Refunds apply to the product value only
    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    •    Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

Store Credit
    •    Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund
    •    Store credit is issued once the return is approved

Sale Items
    •    Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds
    •    They may be exchanged or returned for store credit only

Return Shipping
Greece:
    •    Return shipping may be arranged depending on the case
European Union (EU):
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    •    We recommend using a tracked shipping service
    •    We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Important Notes
    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable
    •    Returns are accepted only in the country of purchase
